    No, you can place an order without having an account, once you placed your order you will get all the related information in your email.

    Go to your Order History->My Orders in your account, or by the tracking number you received in your email.
  • Will I have to pay additional taxes?
    Each country has its own policy about the import of goods and customs taxes. You can check what is the position of your country about this. We send the products from the Netherlands.
  • Are the products new?
    All products which you see on our website are brand new with a guarantee of one hundred and eighty days to seven hundred and thirty days. The deadline and terms of the guarantee are described on each product concretely.
  • Are the products original?
    All products that you see on our website are original and bought from the official distributor or manufacturer.
  • What methods for shipping do you offer?
    We ship via DHL.
  • What warranty comes with products?
